Carolina Yards & Neighborhoods is a program designed to help individuals and families transform their yards into beautiful landscapes by adopting environmentally-friendly landscape practices that will not only conserve precious water resources and reduce pollution, but will also help save time, energy, and money.

Objectives of the Carolina Yards & Neighborhoods program are to:

A Carolina Yard reduces the need for water, fertilizers and pesticides while also attracting wildlife such as hummingbirds and butterflies. To sum it up, a Carolina Yard is a good place for humans, animals and plants.
